Approved by the Ministry of Human Resources & Social Security and the National Post-Doctoral Management Commission, the United Post-Doctoral Research Center (“UPRC”) was founded in December, 2013.
Tasked with doing academic research and innovating rating techniques, the UPRC carries on in-depth research on major issues of credit risk management in the capital markets to provide academic and technical support for the company’s credit ratings, credit investigation and consulting. This is to reinforce United Ratings’s core competence.
Partnering with Tsinghua University, Peking University, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Xi`an Jiaotong University, Nankai University, Beijing Jiaotong University and the Ministry of Finance’s Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences, the UPRC recruits and trains post doctorate researchers to engage in sophisticated studies of credit theories and rating techniques. This is part of our efforts to make greater contributions to the renewal and growth of the credit rating industry in China and the rest of the world.
